For several years, Weatherford’s business, chamber, and political leaders have been working very hard to create a pro-business environment and other assets to assist in job growth. One great example is the business incubator building and program, created to "home-grow" new or expanding businesses in a low-cost, help-intensive environment.

Purchased and operated by the City of Weatherford, the 9,500-sq.
ft. building is ready for up to three small businesses to rent space for up to three years
to start or grow their business. Low, graduated rent schedules help tenants reduce costs
early in their business life cycles, and other business assistance and financing is
available. Oklahoma tax incentives make incubation a very attractive way to start and grow
